On the up-river stage from Golling to Werfen there is still no dedicated cycle path between Pass Lueg and Tenneck, so for the time being you still have to cycle on the main road. Due to the construction of the Stegenwald Salzach power plant and renovation of the A10 Autobahn tunnels, there is increased construction traffic and diversions on this section until 2025. Therefore, we recommend, especially for families with children, that you switch to the train from Golling station to Werfen (or Tenneck). Timetables at
